Frequently asked questions

How much does a survey visit cost?
Without a confirmed order, the fixed travel and survey fee is RON 50 in Bucharest and RON 100–650 in the listed counties. It covers return travel, logistics and measurements. If you commission the work with us, the full fee is deducted from the project total. If you have accepted our quotation and paid the project deposit, final measurements are included with no additional charge; arrange the visit directly with your representative.
How long does a visit take?
An initial assessment and survey typically takes 45 minutes to 2 hours. Outside Bucharest / Ilfov, your representative will provide an estimated arrival window based on travel distance and traffic. Your selected time is confirmed by the specialist.
What affects the duration of an on-site visit?
The size and layout of the site, multiple openings, unusual shapes and complex architectural details require more measurement and structural verification time. Discussions about technical solutions, materials or changes can extend the consultation. Difficult access and unprepared spaces can also lengthen the assessment.
