Every system comes with a warranty and a single point of contact for whatever you need afterwards. Here is exactly what we cover, for how long, and how to request a service visit.
What the warranty covers
- Material defects in profiles, glass and hardware, under normal use.
- Manufacturing and installation defects that are our fault.
- Correct operation of sliding, pivoting and rolling mechanisms.
- Sealing of the system as specified in the contract.
What it does not cover
- Damage caused by improper use or impact.
- Work, modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorised third parties.
- Normal wear of seals and consumables over time.
- Damage from external events (extreme weather, accidents).
