Purpose of this document

This document sets out the conditions for using www.lightplast.ro and the general framework of the commercial relationship between Light Plast Design, as supplier, and the client, as beneficiary of the products and services.

Using the site and sending a request for a quote implies full acceptance of these terms.

Quotes and orders

Prices shown on the site are indicative. The final price is set after the on-site survey and according to the technical specification of each project.

• Every quote states its own validity period, usually 30 days.

• An order is considered confirmed when the quote is accepted and, where applicable, the deposit is paid.

• Changes requested after the order is confirmed may affect both the price and the lead time.

Payments and deadlines

Payment terms are set in the quote and in the contract for each project. As a rule, a deposit is charged when the order is confirmed and the balance is paid on completion of the installation.

Production and installation deadlines are estimates and may be affected by material availability or by conditions outside the supplier's control.

Warranties

Products and works carry a warranty in line with current legislation and the conditions stated in the contract. The warranty covers material and workmanship defects under normal use.

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorised work or external events.

• To claim under the warranty, the client must keep the purchase documents and the handover report.

Limitation of liability

Light Plast Design makes every effort to keep the information on the site correct and current, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors. Images are illustrative.

The supplier is not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the site or from delays caused by external factors.

Intellectual property

The content of the site — text, images, logo, graphic elements — belongs to Light Plast Design or to its partners and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the site at the time of use. We recommend checking this page periodically.
