How does a project work, step by step?
We start with a conversation and an on-site survey charged at the applicable travel rate. We propose the right solution and a clear quote, then build the system to exact dimensions and install it. The survey fee is deducted from the contracted project price.
How much do the on-site survey and technical advice cost?
The initial visit is paid online at the county rate: RON 50 in Bucharest, RON 100 in Ilfov, and the rates shown on the booking page for other counties. The full fee is deducted from the project price when we sign the contract. Final measurements are included for projects with an accepted quote and a paid deposit.
How long does it take from order to installation?
On average two to four weeks from order confirmation, depending on the system and material availability. The exact lead time is stated in the quote.
How much does a terrace enclosure cost?
The price depends on the system, the dimensions and the finishes. We do not work with fixed prices because every project differs — we set it precisely after the survey, in a personalised quote.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit is usually paid when the order is confirmed, with the balance on completion of the installation. The exact terms are stated in the quote and the contract.
Does a structure have to be in place already?
Not necessarily. We adapt the solution to your space — whether you already have a roofed terrace, a balcony, or we start from scratch with a free-standing pergola.
How long does the installation itself take?
Most residential projects are installed in one or two days. Larger or more complex projects take longer; we tell you the estimate beforehand.
Do you install nationwide?
Yes, we install nationwide, travelling to your home or to the site.
What warranty do you offer?
We provide a warranty in line with current legislation and the terms of the contract, covering material and workmanship defects under normal use. Full details are on the Warranty and service page.
How are glass and aluminium systems maintained?
Very simply: periodic cleaning with water and non-abrasive products, and an occasional check of the mechanisms. We leave you specific recommendations when the installation is finished.
